Exercise controls weight: Okay so I know this isn’t a recipe but exercise can help prevent excess weight gain. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you cut. If you can’t perform an actual exercise, draw more active throughout the day in elementary ways — by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or revving up your household tasks.
Drink plenty of water: Yes water! Drinking water is a way to shed pounds. Drink a glass of water before eating a meal regularly and you’ll take in fewer calories and see improved weight loss results.
Cranberry Juice: Cranberry juice is a sizable addition to your weight loss program. It’s less sweet and less acidic. Have a glass of cranberry juice before breakfast. Drink a glass of cranberry juice before eating lunch. Be sure to drink cranberry juice that does not contain added sugar and if you want to trim more calories, mix half cranberry juice with half water. Lastly after dinner cranberry juice is a great substitute for desserts.
Lemons: Drinking lemon water helps to speed up weight loss. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon with each glass and drink it down first thing before you eat a single thing, or workout, etc. If you drink lemon water in the morning especially, it will help to trigger your body’s detoxifying process and besides, it’s a natural cleansing process.
Green tea: Green tea has the unbelievable ability to shift your fat-fighting metabolism into high gear. Drink two cups of green tea every day, squeeze some drops of lemon into it and enjoy.
Coconut water: Drinking pure coconut water has been discovered to give benefits in the area of helping you shed unwanted pounds. Drink a glass of coconut water with lime juice. This assists in improving digestion and losing weight.
